The assignment and/or transfer of all instructional personnel will be upon the approval of the School Board following the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools. All such assignments and/or transfers will be in the best interest of the schools in keeping with the training and experience of the personnel. No personal consideration will have an effect on the assignment and/or transfer.

The responsibilities and duties of all instructional personnel will be established by the Superintendent of Schools in conjunction with the Principal. Any such duty and responsibility may be reviewed by the School Board at the request of the person involved and if reviewed, the ruling of the School Board will be final.
