PEMBROKE SCHOOL DISTRICT
NON-CERTIFIED BENEFIT PACKAGE
1. The Pembroke School District will pay
80% of a single-person, two-person or family health plan for all 30 hour or more per week employees.
2. Full year, 30 hours or more, employees are entitled to 10 paid holidays.
3. Full year, 30 hours or more, employees are entitled to two weeks paid vacation (accrued at .833 day per month) after one year, three weeks vacation (accrued at 1.25 days per month) after five years of employment and four weeks (accrued at 1.66 days per month) after ten years of employment.
4. All 35 hour or more employees must participate in New Hampshire Retirement.
5. Sick Leave: (One day accrued for each month worked)
30 hours year round - 12 days accumulative to 90
30 hours school year - 10 days accumulative to 60
20 hours year round - 12 days accumulative to 90
20 hours school year - 10 days accumulative to 60
6. Personal Days: 3 personal days for 25 hours or more per week, year round and 2 personal days for school year employees working at least 25 hours per week, non-accumulative.
7. Bereavement Days: 3 days for member of the immediate family. Non-accumulative.
8. A 30 hour or more employee is entitled to life insurance up to the amount of his/her yearly salary paid by the district.
9. A 30 hour or more employee is entitled to Long Term Disability paid by the district.
10. Dental Insurance is provided for employees working 30 hours or more per week. All plans paid by the district.
