Academic Expectations

1. At graduation, all students will be able to communicate effectively through listening, speaking and writing
Exemplary Shares well developed, pertinent information in a concise way
Listens attentively and interacts as appropriate
Applies knowledge of English grammar structure, usage, and mechanics
Proficient Effectively supports one's own ideas
Is a reactive and reflective audience to other people's ideas
Expresses in writing or speech using an organized approach

2.  At graduation, all students will be able to use skills as critical thinkers and problem solvers

Generates unique strategies and procedures to solve non-routine problems
Makes well substantiated judgments presenting convincing evidence
Proficient Synthesizes most information
Chooses and implements an appropriate solution for the situation
